- Medical Record Maintenance to include (but not limited to) assembly, maintenance and retention of Active, Thinned and Closed Medical Records
- Medical Record Audits to include Admission/Readmission/21 day audits, Quarterly Audits, Discharge Audits, Physician Visit Monitoring and assigned Focus Audits
- Quality Reporting to include weekly reporting of audit findings as well as monthly Quality Assurance and Assessment reports
- Medical Record Tracking to include filing, storage and retention of Active, Thinned and Closed Medical Records and Health Information destruction procedures
- Maintenance of the Master Resident Index to include both In-house and Discharge Resident Information
- Administrative Functions to include (but not limited to) the Release of Resident Information and coordination with other staff related to the development and maintenance of the Signature Legend and Master Forms Manual
