Job Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our office team. This position focuses heavily on data entry, order processing, and customer coordination. You’ll work closely with Outside Sales Reps and internal departments to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely service.
Training provided for the right candidate!
Responsibilities
- Enter and manage sales orders in CRM and inventory systems
- Support Outside Sales team with in-office order coordination
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text
- Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation
- Work with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
- Provide general administrative and customer service support
Qualifications
- 2+ years of office, data entry, or administrative experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with order or inventory software (a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
