The Front Desk Receptionist is quite often the face and voice of the agency. Working within LUK’s Administration division, this part-time position includes greeting all visitors, checking in consumers for their visits, answering phones for the site, booking appointments on our electronic health records system, and helping connect people to the services they need. The ability to multi-task, think on your feet, and handle situations in a professional manner is required. LUK strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all who visit, and the Front Desk. Receptionist plays an integral part in ensuring all feel welcome and get what they need from the agency.
Qualifications include 1-2 years working in an office or customer service position, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and a passion for working in the human services field!
