About the Role:

Bertrand Chaffee Hospital is seeking two highly organized and detail-oriented Imaging Receptionists to join our team at our Springville, New York location. You will be an integral part of our team, providing critical support to our imaging department. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in medical administration, patient care, and customer service.

Compensation: $18.15- $19.95 or more based on years of experience.

• 
  Part Time Temporary: Must be available to work up to 30 hrs per week, 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7:00AM and 6:00PM including Saturday and Holiday rotations.

• Per Diem: Must be available to work three shifts per month between the hours of 7:00AM and 6:00PM including Saturday and Holiday rotations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquires in a professional and courteous manner

• Register patients for imaging procedures, collect information as needed, and ensure accurate completion of medical records.

• Manage imaging calendar and maintain accurate records of patient information

• Prepare patient charts and ensure all necessary paperwork is complete

• Collaborate with technologists and radiologists to ensure efficient and high-quality imaging services

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hospital protocols and infection control standards

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).

• Two (2) years of clerical experience, preferably in a medical setting
