Montana Endoscopy is seeking a reliable, patient-focused Medical Receptionist / Endoscope Processing Technician to join our growing team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced ambulatory setting and takes pride in providing excellent patient care and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do Each Day
Front Office & Patient Experience
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Coordinate and manage the full patient admitting process
- Print and maintain daily schedules
- Prepare, organize, and manage daily patient charts
- Serve as a customer service representative, assisting patients and families during their visit
Endoscope Processing & Instrument Care
- Maintain a clean, organized endoscope processing area
- Adhere strictly to sterilization policies and procedures
- Clean equipment according to manufacturer instructions
- Inspect instruments for damage or defects
- Determine instrument readiness and proper working condition
What You’ll Bring
- Strong customer service skills and a patient-centered mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- A positive, professional attitude
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist (required)
- Microsoft Office experience (preferred)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
