About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief of Staff (CoS). This role plays a key part in ensuring the day-to-day operations of executive leadership run smoothly through effective coordination, communication, and organization.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and proactive in anticipating needs related to scheduling, logistics, and administrative support. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while handling sensitive information with discretion. This position requires strong administrative skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and efficiency.

What You Will Do

  • Provide high‑level administrative support to the CEO and CoS
  • Manage complex calendars and schedules, ensuring all logistics, materials, and details are organized in advance.
  • Ensure the CEO is well informed and well prepared by providing timely updates on upcoming meetings, deadlines, and commitments
  • Communicates directly and on behalf of the CEO with stakeholders, vendors, providers, and other entities
  • Monitor and organize incoming communications directed to the CEO; redirecting messages to appropriate stakeholders and flagging time-sensitive items as needed.
  • Handle highly confidential information with the utmost professionalism and integrity
  • Coordinate executive travel, meetings, and key logistics as needed

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience supporting executive‑level leadership
  • Associate’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and executive‑level document preparation
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
  • Ability to function independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to navigate shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment
