Position Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and high-level Medical Receptionist to join our team. (Internal title is Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)).
- This role is critical in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients while efficiently managing administrative tasks.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent patient care skills, superior customer service abilities, and advanced tech-savvy skills.
Receptionist Duties
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Patient Registration
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Schedule appointments, confirm appointments, and manage the clinic’s calendar.
- Verify patient information and update electronic medical records (EMR) accurately.
- Insurance verifications
- Answering inbound calls/Making outbound calls
- Payment processing along with financial counseling
Location/Travel:
- Location(s): Victoria and Corpus Christi , Texas required to meet full-time hours.
- Travel to Victoria, Texas (1-2 days per week)
- Travel for training may be required.
Schedule:
- Full-time (32 – 40 hours per week)
- Monday-Friday
- Saturdays and/or Sundays required (between 0–2 shifts per month, based on clinic needs)

Requirements:
- 18-month minimum commitment
- You must have a flexible schedule
- Spanish fluency required
- A+ customer service-oriented attitude, charismatic
- Excellent phone skills
- Tech savviness – Experience with EMR systems and Google Workspace
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
