Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a positive patient experience and keeping the office running smoothly day-to-day.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Manage patient accounts, payments, and basic administrative tasks
- Maintain organization of the front desk and office flow
- Communicate effectively with providers and team members
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Experience in a medical, chiropractic, or front desk role preferred (not required)
