A premier podiatry practice, Ankle & Foot Associates is searching for a new member to join our team in our Valdosta office! If you are energetic, compassionate, organized and love working with people this is the position for you.

Responsibilities: The Receptionist supports professional staff in providing care and service to all patients and families. This position will work primarily in the role of customer service by greeting and checking in/out patients in a friendly manner, collecting co-pays, verifying insurance, and scheduling and confirming patient’s appointments. This position requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and dedication to patient care.

Required Skills:

Prior knowledge of insurance verification is preferred.

Must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to interact well with a diverse group of individuals, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments.

Prefer at least 1 year experience in a medical office.

Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

Preference given to bi-lingual candidate
