We’re currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our front office team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth

  • Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately

  • Schedule appointments and manage a busy multi-provider schedule

  • Verify insurance coverage and collect co-pays or balances

  • Educate patients about DSI’s dermatology products and services

  • Process payments and maintain accurate patient records

  • Support office operations and ensure smooth daily workflow

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of medical front office or reception experience (dermatology experience a plus)

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to remain professional, calm, and compassionate under pressure

  • Knowledge of insurance verification and understanding of HMO vs. PPO plans

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
