The Opportunity

Marketing Coordinator wanted to assist in the Boc Raton branch of a Retail Real Estate Brokerage Firm. The company is seeking individuals who will be comfortable in maintaining various projects and have a creative skillset. The ideal candidate will be a team player, self-starter, fast learner, hard-working, organized, able to problem solve and prioritize while being extremely detail-oriented. The ability to multi-task and jump from one task to another is key. The role requires you to balance servicing clients and brokers’ needs as well as daily corporate marketing tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Looking for someone who welcomes new job responsibilities, is eager to learn and grow in our company. A professional, positive, can-do attitude is a must.

The ideal candidate will join a thriving marketing team in support of 15+ brokers of which includes the President of the company, Managing Partner and two Principals

About the Company

A boutique Retail Real Estate brokerage with 25 years’ experience and leadership in assisting retailers, restaurants, and landlords in all capacities including strategic planning, market analysis, lease and sale negotiations and dispositions.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the preparation & creation of trade aerials, running demographic reports, assembling tour books, doing market research, and arranging signage installations
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities such as answering the telephone, copying, printing, ordering, mailing, etc.
  • Design PowerPoint presentations
  • Must maintain brand consistency by utilizing existing templates and marketing collateral
  • Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
  • Will work closely with the Director of Operations based in this office

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in an administrative role, related to commercial real estate a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage simultaneous priorities, working independently or as part of a team

Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), CoStar, LoopNet experience a plus
  • Previous experience with Office 365 a plus
