Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate hearing logistics and schedules effectively

• Provide live support on technology and documents during hearings

• Maintain current adjudicator directory and assist with training

• Prepare departmental budgets and process expenses

• Support administrative functions and special projects

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of progressive administrative work

• Legal or Administrative Assistant Diploma advantageous

• Experienced in Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms

• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
