Legal Secretary
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, revise, and proofread correspondence and documentation
- Maintain organized electronic and paper files
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and deadlines
- Communicate with clients, vendors, medical offices, and outside contacts
- Assist with onboarding new matters and collecting documentation
- Perform light research and general administrative support
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and day-to-day office tasks
- Support staff with additional projects and operational needs as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a legal administrative or support position preferred
- Workers’ compensation or litigation exposure is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional and personable demeanor
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Pay: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour
