Legal Secretary

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, revise, and proofread correspondence and documentation
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper files
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and deadlines
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, medical offices, and outside contacts
  • Assist with onboarding new matters and collecting documentation
  • Perform light research and general administrative support
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and day-to-day office tasks
  • Support staff with additional projects and operational needs as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a legal administrative or support position preferred
  • Workers’ compensation or litigation exposure is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Professional and personable demeanor
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Pay: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour
