We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a team in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to support the compliance department within a Real estate and property management office. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
• Perform clerical tasks including filing, scanning, and organizing documents to maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and generate reports to support compliance and departmental needs.
• Manage and respond to inbound calls, providing attentive assistance to clients and team members.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative duties to support compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflows and processes.
• Assist in maintaining the office environment by ordering supplies and ensuring equipment is functional.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Support the department in meeting deadlines and achieving organizational goals.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with scanning and document management processes.
• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Capable of working onsite during standard office hours, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
