We are seeking a reliable legal assistant to join our team. As a legal assistant you will be responsible for transcribing dictation, communicating with clients, scheduling, and other general administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate would be dependable, hard-working, and be able to adapt and learn new skills quickly. Organization, multitasking, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Pay based on experience. Company does not offer health insurance benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage legal documents, ensuring proper filing and organization within the law office.
  • Assist in drafting and proofreading legal documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Support attorneys in case management and litigation processes through diligent record-keeping and administrative tasks.
  • Utilize document management systems to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office (Required)
  • Organizational Skills (Required)
  • Prior legal administrative assistant experience (Preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented – cooperative and collaborative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
