Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Personal Assistant who can wear multiple hats: sales professional, lead nurturer, and customer care assistant. This role requires someone confident in closing sales, problem-solving, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Nurturing
- Call, text, and email inbound and outbound leads for tint, ceramic coating, and PPF services.
- Guide potential clients through options, pricing, and scheduling.
- Build trust and confidence by highlighting Champion’s quality and customer-first approach.
- Customer Experience
- Greet and check customers out at the shop.
- Handle client needs, resolve small issues, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
- Follow up with clients after services for feedback and potential upsells.
- Operations & Support
- Assist the owner with scheduling, proposals, and light administrative tasks.
- Help manage lead pipelines, ensuring no customer falls through the cracks.
- Keep records of communication and progress with each lead.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven sales experience (auto industry or service sales preferred).
- Strong communication skills (comfortable on phone, text, and email).
- Confident, personable, and problem-solver with a professional demeanor.
- Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of cars and aftermarket services a big plus.
Compensation
- Base pay + commission opportunities (based on sales closed).
- Full-time position with potential for growth as the business expands.

Pay: $1,100.00 – $1,500.00 per week
