Abou the Job:
We're looking for a passionate, flexible and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will have direct international impact on Top line Sales, influence on customers Tabletop equipment concepts, ideally across their single (national) properties Selection and guidance of Top Trade Partners, as act as mediator/facilitator for national implementation of these Tabletop concepts.
Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic Key Accounts Management: Knowledge, Identification, potential assessment, acquisition, on board, concept presentation, specification, legal contracting, and constant reporting e.g. in Sales Force
- Management of Top Trade Partners for V&B
- Facilitate, control, assist or interfere into pending key projects of the responsible Key Account(s), regardless its national location. If in place, with the local responsible intermediate
- Elaborate and assemble with Marketing, Hospitality Concepts or CMS Key Projects for the responsible Key Account(s)
- Channel single replenishment needs via web-based solutions
- Participate among identical responsible bodies at V&B in Key Account Meetings, to convey and exchange knowledge, key changes and experiences.
- Represent the internal and external known, valued and competent key entry point, for the appointed Key Accounts.
Qualifications:
- You have a university degree / MBO in Economics with Sales experience and/or can show proven sales / key account experience with customer focus
- 3+ years' of relevant work experience
- You're zestful, persuasive, self-confident, eloquent, fact driven, convincing, service – & solution customer minded
- English and German knowledge is mandatory, French or additional languages are beneficial.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You're a knowledgeable, fast adopter, of all IT solutions and possibilities for Accounting, Procurements and Customer & Sales Management. You have a sound knowledge of use and abilities to explore those to the best
- You're fluent in using the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
