As a Junior Receptionist, you will be the face of RIU’s legendary hospitality, ensuring our guests’ first and lasting impressions are exceptional. 💼 What You’ll Do
- Greet guests warmly and assist with smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide attentive support to guests, ensuring their needs are met with courtesy and efficiency.
- Answer guest inquiries and offer information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Handle minor guest requests and escalate issues to senior team members when needed.
- Maintain accurate guest information and assist in processing payments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold RIU service standards and contribute to a welcoming and professional front desk atmosphere.
✔️ What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service or a front office role is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese or Russian will be an added advantage.
- A passion for hospitality with a warm and approachable personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask in a busy environment.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and support your team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of front desk systems or hotel software is an added advantage.
