Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive Junior Administration & Partner Assistance Officer to support daily office operations and provide dedicated assistance to senior partner. This role is key to ensuring smooth administrative processes while acting as a reliable point of coordination between partners, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Manage general office operations (mail, supplies, filing systems, document management)
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference logistics
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
  • Maintain and update internal databases and records

Partner Assistance

  • Provide executive-level support to partners (calendar management, travel arrangements)
  • Act as a liaison between partners and clients/stakeholders
  • Prepare briefing materials and meeting agendas
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-ups
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Fluency in English; French and/or Russian are highly desirable
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
