Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Junior Administration & Partner Assistance Officer to support daily office operations and provide dedicated assistance to senior partner. This role is key to ensuring smooth administrative processes while acting as a reliable point of coordination between partners, clients, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Manage general office operations (mail, supplies, filing systems, document management)
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference logistics
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Maintain and update internal databases and records
Partner Assistance
- Provide executive-level support to partners (calendar management, travel arrangements)
- Act as a liaison between partners and clients/stakeholders
- Prepare briefing materials and meeting agendas
- Assist with project coordination and follow-ups
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English; French and/or Russian are highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
