Role & Responsibilities
- Execute data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency to update and maintain company databases.
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
- Support team members with administrative tasks to facilitate day-to-day operations.
- Handle email communication and manage incoming inquiries professionally.
- Maintain records of transactions, complaints, and correspondences for audit readiness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards at all times.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work on-site with a flexible schedule
- Two years of relevant work experience or internship in an administrative role
- Familiarity with basic data handling and documentation procedures
- Must be willing to commit to a 2-year bond with a salary up to 18,000 INR
- Preferred
- Experience with customer service platforms or CRM software
- Additional certifications in office administration or related fields
