Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and issuing customer bills
- Managing accounts receivable and payment follow-up
- Tracking and recording expenses
- Monthly and yearly account reconciliation
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Coordinate and communicate with the Japan head office
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong communication skills in English and Japanese
