As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive professional and helpful assistance regarding their car rental needs, making their experience smooth and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support in Italian through phone, email, and chat communication channels
- Assist clients with reservations, inquiries, and any issues related to rent-a-car services promptly and efficiently
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and work towards effective resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and address customer needs
- Stay updated on company policies, offers, and fleet details to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the rent-a-car or travel industry, is a plus
