Harbor Car Care in the Johns Island area is hiring a customer service representative for our front desk. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can help keep the day running smoothly by handling customers, scheduling appointments, and supporting our service team.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Welcome customers when they arrive and check them in for service
  • Process payments and keep customer invoices and service records organized
  • Update repair orders and customer information in our shop management system
  • Answer questions about our services, pricing, and estimated completion times
  • Communicate with technicians to keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and help resolve issues when they come up
  • Keep the front desk and customer waiting area clean and organized
  • Help with general office and front desk duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer service, retail, or office experience is helpful but not required
  • Comfortable using computers and willing to learn our shop management system
  • Friendly and professional when speaking with customers in person and over the phone
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day
  • Good attention to detail when handling paperwork and customer information
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
