In this full-time role, you’ll assist the Investment Advisor team in managing high net worth client accounts. Your efforts will enable Advisors to enhance client interactions and create impactful investment plans. Ideal candidates will have strong administrative experience, particularly in finance, and a passion for building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Advisors with administrative tasks and compliance
• Respond to and track client inquiries and requests
• Contribute to the development of investment proposals
• Support marketing initiatives to build client engagement
• Network with clients and community to enhance CIBC’s presence
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field
• At least one year of relevant administrative experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Client-first approach with strong critical thinking skills
