Duties:
- Answer phones and make calls to customers for payments, reminders, etc.
- Collect payments and fees
- Perform Amendments/Endorsements/Renewals
- Quote and Bind Renewals, New Policies (if needed)
- Create and update profiles for customers in CRM
- Input all information and transactions in customer profiles
- Send texts, emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, as needed for customers
- Update and maintain all profiles with policies active or inactive
- Update and complete follow ups on carrier sites
- Ensure all policies are completed and uploaded for every customer profile, regardless of status
- Report inaccuracies
- Maintain Excel tracker
Requirements:
- Current P&C License in the state of Texas
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant (Preferred)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, i.e., printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office, primarily Word and Excel
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
