UHNW family in NYC is seeking a House Manager in the home. Must have experience working for a UHNW family. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist the principal in the home. Experience with house management, personal assistant and serving is a must. The candidate should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
- Help with serving parties and events
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
- Schedule travel
- Planning events
- Serving events
- Manage vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree a plus
- 5 plus years of experience working in the home of a UHNW family
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
- Ability to travel when needed
- Must be based in Florida
