About the Company:

Mahalaxmi Industries (MLI) is one of India's leading manufacturers of flashlights and portable

lighting products with a strong manufacturing base and nationwide presence. The company is

expanding its OEM and private label business and is seeking an experienced professional to

lead this growth.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a senior and experienced professional to drive OEM sales and manage

key customer relationships. The role involves onboarding new OEM customers, developing

new product opportunities with existing clients, and maintaining strong relationships through

regular engagement and follow-ups.

The position will work closely with the management, product development, and manufacturing

teams to ensure successful execution of OEM partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

New OEM Customer Development

• Identify and onboard new OEM and private label customers across India.

• Build relationships with brands, distributors, and companies seeking manufacturing

partners.

• Develop a strong pipeline of potential OEM opportunities.

Key Account Management

• Manage and grow relationships with existing OEM customers.

• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

• Ensure strong customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Product Development with Customers

• Work with customers to develop and launch new products under their brand.

• Coordinate with internal teams for product specifications, costing, and feasibility.

Customer Engagement• Conduct regular customer visits and meetings.

• Maintain continuous follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of orders and projects.

Business Coordination

• Work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely

delivery and execution of orders.

• Monitor order status and resolve any customer issues promptly.

Sales Growth

• Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing

accounts.

• Identify new opportunities within existing customer relationships.

Experience Required

• 10–15+ years of experience in B2B or OEM sales

• Experience in industries such as:

o Lighting

o Electrical products

o Consumer electronics

o Appliances

o Hardware manufacturing

• Proven experience handling OEM or private label customers

• Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Key Skills

• Strong business development and relationship management skills

• Excellent negotiation and communication ability

• Understanding of product development and manufacturing processes

• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously

• High level of ownership and accountabilityPreferred Candidate Profile

• Experienced professional with strong networks in OEM or B2B sales

• Comfortable with frequent customer meetings and travel

• Self-driven individual capable of independently building business relationships
