Klean K9 is a high-end dog grooming and wellness destination dedicated to exceptional care, organization, and customer experience. We’re looking for a Front Desk Manager who is friendly, organized, confident, and loves working with both people and pets.
This role is the heartbeat of our store—you’ll be the first impression for our clients and the communication hub between customers, groomers, and bathers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their dogs warmly in person and over the phone
- Schedule, confirm, and manage grooming and bathing appointments
- Keep groomer and bather schedules organized, accurate, and running smoothly
- Upsell Klean K9 memberships, packages, and retail products in a friendly, non-pushy way
- Answer customer questions about services, pricing, and memberships
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and general front desk operations
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front desk area
- Communicate clearly with staff to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality with confidence speaking to customers
- Ability to upsell services and products naturally and professionally
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Love for dogs and comfort working around them daily
- Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, or management
- Experience in grooming, pet care, or wellness is REQUIRED.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
