About the Job
- TITLE: Customer Service-Receptionist
- TERM: Contract-to-Hire
- LOCATION: Sacramento CA 95834 (onsite)
- PAY RANGE: $17.00-$21.00 Hourly
- Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
- Earn a $500 referral bonus once your referral completes 90 billable days.
Summary
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for providing high level Customer Service/Receptionist and front desk support. Responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Office by managing office functions mail, department process clerical support, and communication across departments and office. The incumbent must be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, optimizing workflow efficiency, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, have exceptional multitasking abilities, and demonstrate the utmost professionalism and customer Service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, with advanced competence and knowledge of excel, is required.
- Two to three years of recent experience supporting C-level office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn other programs.
