Greenway Automotive is looking for a professional and organized Cancellations Clerk
Automotive and CDK experience is preferred not mandatory! Pay ranges from $16 – $18 based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, categorize and store F&I product cancellation requests in the document storage system.
- Initiate and complete vendor specific product cancellation process using vendor websites.
- Process product cancellation related accounting entries to the group’s accounting system.
- Prepare checks for product cancellations to customers and/or finance houses for amounts due accurately.
- Communicate frequently via phone/email with customers, banks and store management.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required,
- Automotive and CDK experience preferred not mandatory,
- One year of experience in a business office environment with general accounting responsibilities,
- Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite,
- Experienced with business applications and accounting software,
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Able to deal with confidential information appropriately
- Strong data entry and management skills
- Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy
- Highly professional and dependable
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
