Full-Time Front Desk Associate Jobs in Lake Mary at The Lash Lounge
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Selling eyelash extension memberships and packages
- Following up with clients regarding their services
- Assisting with scheduling for stylists and management calendars
- Educating clients on retail products and their benefits
- Maintaining cleanliness of the front desk area and restroom
- Answering phone calls and voicemails in a timely and professional manner
- Operating POS systems and processing client transactions
- Resolving scheduling conflicts, service concerns, and client complaints
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales-driven mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable using POS systems and booking software
- Must be available to work weekends
