Overview of the Fulfillment Coordinator role:

  • High volume data research
  • Review client files
  • Update tracking numbers and communicate updates to clients
  • Process overages, shortages, and update the OSD (damage) report
  • Special ad hoc reports

Preferred Qualifications for the Fulfillment Coordinator:

  • 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience
  • MS Excel – Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP’s
  • Strong attention to detail and organized
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Great communication and follow-through
