Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Executive, located in Colombo. The Front Office Executive will manage reception desk duties, welcome and assist visitors, answer and route calls, manage correspondence, and maintain the office's front-desk operations. The individual will serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the front office.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in managing Receptionist Duties, including managing calls, scheduling, and handling front desk operations
- Customer Service expertise, ensuring professional and friendly engagement with visitors and stakeholders
- Experience in Front Office operations with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and other standard office software
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a professional demeanor
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required; further education in administration or a related field is a plus
