Do you love animals and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? R&R Pet Resort is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our front desk team!
Responsibilities:
* Checking pets in and out
*Answering phones and assisting customers
*Scheduling appointments and managing reservations
* Running dogs to and from kennels/activities
*Cleaning and organizing the front lobby area
* Communicating with back staff and supervisors
* Providing excellent customer service in a busy environment
Requirements:
✔ Must love animals
✔ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
✔ Comfortable working on your feet most of the shift
✔ Able to multitask and stay organized during busy times
✔ Team player with a positive attitude
✔ Must be able to handle dogs of all sizes
✔ Computer and phone skills preferred
✔ Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
This is a hands-on position that combines customer service with animal care. We’re looking for someone who can work efficiently, stay productive, and help create a positive experience for both pets and their owners.
