Priester’s Pecans is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Wholesale Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
This position plays a vital role in supporting our wholesale customers, sales team, and office operations. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional service while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do
As our Wholesale Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for:
Provide outstanding customer service to wholesale customers via phone and email
Process wholesale, catalog, and phone orders accurately in our ERP system
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Follow up with customers regarding orders, shipments, and account questions
Prepare and maintain customer records and order documentation
Assist with invoicing, filing, and general office administrative duties
Coordinate with production, shipping, accounting, and sales departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
Maintain an organized, professional, and safe work environment
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who has:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math and computer skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
Previous customer service, office administration, or clerical experience
Experience with Sage X3 or another ERP system
Bookkeeping or accounting experience
Training is available for the right candidate.
