Front Desk + Social Media Content Creator Jobs in Paradise Valley at Esthetic Finesse
Esthetic Finesse is a methodology-first medical aesthetics practice in Paradise Valley, Arizona. Our founder, Diane Howard, RN, created the Finesse Harmony Method™ — a full-face assessment approach where every treatment is part of a strategic plan, not a menu pick. With 500+ five-star Google reviews and a premier new facility opening in late 2026, we’re building the new standard of care in medical aesthetics.
We’re hiring a Front Desk + Social Media Content Creator who lives on Instagram and TikTok, has real content creation skills, and can manage front desk operations during clinic hours. This is one role with two lanes: patient-facing hospitality when the clinic is open, and content creation, community management, and brand growth the rest of the time.
This is not a receptionist job with social media on the side. The content and community side is where this role grows — into influencer management, brand partnerships, and events as we expand into a fully custom, high-end 5,000 sq ft Scottsdale med spa with 10 treatment rooms, designed to redefine how patients experience aesthetic medicine in Arizona.
What You’ll Do
Front Desk (Monday–Friday + one Saturday/week):
– Greet patients by name, manage check-in and checkout, process payments
– Monday: front desk for part-time esthetician’s microneedling clients (check-in, checkout, patient flow)
– Pitch and sell skincare at the register
– Upload patient photos to Google Drive, maintain daily patient tracker
– Keep front of house running smoothly so providers can focus on patient care
Content & Social Media (between patients + non-clinic hours):
– Create 3 native TikToks and 3 Instagram Reels per week — native content, not reposts
– Film in-clinic content weekly with our lead injector
– Manage daily engagement on @estheticfinesse — DMs, comments, community building
– Own the content calendar, weekly performance reporting, and weekly marketing meeting
– Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for content strategy, analysis, and workflow optimization
– Build and manage an influencer pipeline (trained by an external advisor)
– Develop brand partnerships and coordinate brand events as we open the new location
Systems You’ll Use:
– EMR: Boulevard (patient records, checkout, POS)
– CRM: GoHighLevel (patient communication, tags, automation)
– Social: Metricool (scheduling, analytics), CapCut/TikTok native (editing), Canva (graphics)
– Communication: Slack, Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
– AI: Claude and ChatGPT for content analysis, weekly briefs, and workflow automation
– Project management: Notion, Todoist
– Hardware: iPad (patient intake, Aura scan), Plaud (recording compliance)
What We’re Looking For:
– A portfolio of content you’ve created for Instagram or TikTok — no portfolio, no interview
– You’re native to these platforms — you understand hooks, pacing, trends, and what stops the scroll
– You’re already in the beauty/aesthetics space — you follow injectors, clinics, and skincare brands
– You use AI tools regularly (Claude, ChatGPT) for content, analysis, or workflow — not just casually
– Comfortable with tech: EMR systems, CRMs, Google Drive, iPads, Slack
– Customer-facing or hospitality experience — warm, professional, and can manage a front desk
– Self-starter who can manage content creation and patient flow without hand-holding
– Med spa or aesthetics experience preferred but not required
