Front Desk Lead – Client Concierge

As our Front Desk Lead, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for every guest—and the energy behind our growing studio. You’ll lead the front of house with intention, polish, and a results-driven mindset. From scheduling and retail to relationships and rebookings, this role is the heartbeat of the studio.

What You’ll Do

Client Experience

  • Greet clients by name, set the tone, and manage seamless scheduling
  • Handle bookings, reschedules, cancellations, and questions via email, text, phone, and DMs
  • Ensure a polished, on-brand front-of-house at all times

Sales & Memberships

  • Educate new clients on The Tox Method, packages, and memberships
  • Confidently sell retail and treatment add-ons that align with client goals
  • Track key metrics (rebooking rate, membership conversion, retail sales)

Operations

  • Manage daily front desk flow, POS, opening/closing procedures, and retail inventory
  • Coordinate closely with the GM and Technicians for smooth appointment transitions
  • Assist with influencer bookings, in-studio activations, and community collabs

Compensation & Perks

  • $16–$20/hr base pay
  • Monthly bonuses up to $750 based on performance (rebooking, conversion, retail)

Schedule

  • We’re hiring for Part-Time (~15–28 hrs/week)
  • Studio hours: 9am–7pm, 7 days/week
  • Must have weekend and holiday availability
  • Part-time applicants: Let us know your preferred days—we’ll build a flexible, reliable rotation

✅ Requirements

  • 2+ years in spa, salon, fitness, or boutique hospitality
  • Confident using platforms like MindBody or CRM/POS tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Able to manage multiple client interactions gracefully and professionally
  • Experience with rebooking, upselling, and client retention is a plus

  • Daily sales goals (rebookings, retail, memberships) are consistently met or exceeded
  • The front desk runs like clockwork—clean, calm, and organized
