Front Desk Receptionist – Med Spa & Wellness Center
Position Type: Part-Time (Approximately 30 Hours Per Week)
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Apollo House is a luxury wellness, recovery, and aesthetics destination offering medical aesthetics, massage therapy, personal training, recovery services, and longevity-focused care. We are seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to help deliver an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
Position Overview
As the first point of contact for clients, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience. This position requires someone who is highly organized, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Timeliness, reliability, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in clients and members with a warm, professional demeanor
- Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments accurately
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Assist clients with memberships, packages, and service inquiries
- Support retail sales and maintain inventory organization
- Ensure the reception area and common spaces remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready
- Coordinate effectively with providers, therapists, trainers, and clinical staff
- Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Help maintain a high standard of hospitality and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office, med spa, wellness center, fitness facility, hospitality, or customer service setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable learning and using scheduling software and point-of-sale systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Sales and membership experience is a plus
