Front Desk Receptionist Jobs in Medina, OH at Trillium Creek Dermatology
Trillium Creek Dermatology. We are looking to hire someone to work at our Medina and Wadsworth locations.
Pay: $16-$20
Benefits: 401k and 401K match up to 4%, paid vacation, health, vision, dental, Aflac, paid major holidays, free dermatologic care for employee and immediate family.
Hours:
· 2 options: 5 weekdays a week with overtime or 4 weekdays a week: 7:15am-5:00pm.
General Responsibilities:
· To provide the highest level of patient care to the patients
· Follow instructions
· Be detail oriented and efficient
· Computer skills
General Job Duties:
· Greet patients upon arrival, review practice-specific information, activate patient portals, and complete the entire patient check-in process
· Complete weekly office inventory for various products
· Check out cash paying and self-pay patients after applying the appropriate promotions and discounts
· Process loyalty coupons and points for cosmetic patients
· Prepare and distribute check out documents for patients
· Print daily schedules for providers working in office
· Help patients with various questions
· Ensure waiting room is neat and stocked with flyers
· Ensure desk is stocked with materials needed for check in
· Open and close the check in desk area as assigned
· Provide excellent customer service
· Treating our patients and having the highest regard for customer service: respecting patient rights and sharing problems relating to patients and/or staff with immediate supervisors quickly
Requirements
· Take all patient information accurately
· Communicate any medical concerns to the provider and patient
· Give the highest patient care while being able to multi-task
· Be a team member and work well with your peers on a daily basis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
