We are looking for an energized and self-starting Dog Wash Front Desk Receptionist at Muddy Marley’s Dog Wash to continue providing positive first impressions for all of our clients.
Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist and be the first point of contact for our valued guests. As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our front desk. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people (and of course their dogs), and have experience in clerical duties, we would love to hear from you.
Front Desk Receptionist duties include:
– Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer phone calls, take messages, and book appointments
– Provide accurate information to guests regarding services
– Perform data entry tasks and maintain records of customer interactions
– Check clients in and out for appointments
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area and self serve wash tubs
– Perform tasks to get self serve tubs and equipment needed for self service wash clients and directly assist them with needs of questions.
Experience:
– Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role preferred
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks
– Familiarity with animal care office procedures is a plus
-Familiar with different dog breeds and their coat types
