As a Front Desk Patient Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every patient embarks on and continues their healthcare journey with confidence, trust, and readiness. Our practice is dedicated to providing high-quality care, and your role will be instrumental in shaping positive interactions and lasting relationships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the warm, professional first voice patients hear — handling calls, scheduling, and follow-ups with care and confidence.
  • Pre-qualify leads, guide new patients through their first steps, and ensure every appointment is set up for success.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and clinical teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.
  • Manage patient records, payments, and documentation accurately using our EHR system.
  • Champion our processes, contribute to team huddles, and help drive a high rate of kept appointments.
