What You’ll Do:
- Be the warm, professional first voice patients hear — handling calls, scheduling, and follow-ups with care and confidence.
- Pre-qualify leads, guide new patients through their first steps, and ensure every appointment is set up for success.
- Collaborate with our marketing and clinical teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.
- Manage patient records, payments, and documentation accurately using our EHR system.
- Champion our processes, contribute to team huddles, and help drive a high rate of kept appointments.
