Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (in-office, required)

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle general inquiries
  • Accept and process client payments with professionalism and accuracy
  • Assist with loan servicing tasks (payment follow-ups, insurance updates, borrower communication)
  • Post and manage daily sales lists
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Create and manage Excel reports
  • Order office supplies and coordinate daily team lunches
  • Organize files and maintain office systems
  • Support overall office operations and assist team members as needed
  • Manage tasks independently and stay on top of priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Previous administrative or office assistant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Notary Public certification
  • Real estate or mortgage lending experience
  • Data entry experience (1+ year)
  • Microsoft Excel experience (2+ years)
