About the Role
You are the first point of contact for every member and guest at our Echo Park studio. Your job is simple: create a great first impression, keep the studio running smoothly, and turn interest into booked sessions and memberships. This role is fast-paced and customer-focused — perfect for someone who enjoys helping people feel welcome, staying organized, and hitting clear goals. Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests and set a positive, professional tone.
- Manage bookings, schedule intro sessions, and support Flexologist assignments.
- Answer phones/texts/email promptly and clearly.
- Explain our services, membership options, and pricing.
- Convert walk-ins, inbound leads, and intro sessions into memberships or packages.
- Handle POS transactions and end-of-day closeout accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby.
- Support the Studio Manager with admin tasks and member follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Flexologists to minimize schedule gaps and improve flow.
Requirements
- Customer service experience — fitness/wellness preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Comfortable in a sales-supported role (we’ll train you).
- Tech-savvy enough to learn scheduling and POS systems quickly.
- Reliable, organized, and professional under pressure.
- Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
