We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support daily front office operations for a role in Owings Mills, Maryland. This role is ideal for someone who creates a welcoming first impression, manages a busy reception area with professionalism, and keeps communication flowing smoothly throughout the day. The position focuses on guest interaction, phone coverage, and administrative support in a fast-paced property and facilities management environment.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, tenants, and vendors in a courteous manner and direct them to the appropriate contact or department.
• Operate a multi-line phone system, answer incoming calls promptly, and route messages accurately to internal team members.
• Maintain the front desk area so it remains organized, presentable, and ready to receive guests throughout the day.
• Provide concierge-style assistance by responding to general inquiries and helping visitors navigate the office or property environment.
• Coordinate routine administrative tasks such as receiving deliveries, distributing mail, and supporting basic office logistics.
• Monitor visitor flow and follow site procedures for check-ins, notifications, and front office security practices.
• Support team operations by handling clerical duties that help keep daily business activities running efficiently.
• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role.
• Ability to manage a switchboard or multi-line phone system with accuracy and professionalism.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a consistently strong customer service approach.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls while greeting visitors and managing competing priorities.
• Proficiency with basic office software and standard administrative procedures.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work onsite during regular weekday business hours.
• Experience in property management, facilities, or an office environment with strong attention to detail is preferred.
