Job Overview: The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Keizer is looking to fill a Night Auditor position. This position will require an outgoing, energetic, and dependable personality who thrives in a flexible, team-oriented environment.
The Front Desk night audit shifts work 11pm – 7am, with an expectation of 16–32 hours per week depending on coverage needs. Some weekend and holiday availability is required. Marriott experience is preferred. This individual must be able to stay away when most everyone else is sleeping and be comfortable working independently.
About the Role
We’re looking for self-motivated and reliable individuals who can work both collaboratively in a positive team environment and also be responsible to work independently while maintaining a professional and friendly presence for our guests.

- Comfortable working independently, especially during night audit shifts
- An excellent problem solver with strong communication skills
- Flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays
- Enjoys working in a role where no two days are the same

Key Responsibilities for Front Desk/Night Audit
- Greet, check in, and check out hotel guests
- Answer phone calls and assist both internal and external inquiries
- Run nightly reports and send them to the appropriate team members
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues as they arise
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Understand and follow all hotel emergency procedures
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude as the first and last impression of the hotel
