Concierge / Front Desk (Full-Time)
Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Full-Time Concierge to support daily front desk operations and resident services. This role serves as a key point of contact for residents, staff, and vendors, and requires strong communication skills, flexibility, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include resident communication, answering phone calls, assisting liaisons with community events, and supporting basic marketing and administrative needs.
Schedule
- Monday–Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Concierge / Front Desk Duties
- Answer phone calls and emails from residents and staff
- Respond to resident questions and address concerns or complaints
- Provide information regarding the community, events, rules, and policies
- Distribute materials, pamphlets, and community notices
- Assist with event planning as needed
- Support residents with forms, reports, checks, and documentation
- Create key fobs, IDs, and gate passes for residents and employees
- Assist other concierge staff as needed
- Follow direction from Managers and Team Leads
Community, Club & Event Support
- Assist with coordinating GOCA and private events, including scheduling and gathering event details
- Create detailed event plans using forms and overhead setup layouts in collaboration with Leads
- Work with Clubs, Committees, the Board of Directors, and Managers to support meetings and events
- Serve as a liaison between residents, clubs, and management to ensure smooth event execution
- Maintain and update bulletin boards with current information and décor
- Assist with flyer production when needed
- Help with event room setup, including chair covers, tablecloths, and décor
Systems & Skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- CalendarWiz, Canvas, Helius Systems, CINC Systems, Kantech (Training Provided)
- Laminating, label making, filing, and general office tasks
- Willingness and ability to learn new software systems as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Comfortable interacting with residents, staff, and leadership
- Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
- Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or event coordination is a plus
- A great personality!
Pay: $19.00 per hour
