Front Desk & Clinical Support – Urgent Care Jobs in Jupiter, FL at True Compassion Urgent Care
We’re a small walk-in clinic in Stuart looking for a permanent Front Desk Coordinator. Full-time, with weekends and some evening shifts. Occasional shifts at our second location in Palm Beach Gardens.
You’re the first person a patient sees and the last one they talk to before they leave. The job covers check-in, insurance verification, collecting what the patient owes at the visit, answering the phones, scheduling, and keeping the lobby flowing. Our patients don’t sit around for an hour, and the front desk is what makes that work. When the clinic gets crowded, you help the medical assistants — vitals, walking patients back, getting rooms ready. We train you on the clinical side.
The role takes some people sense. You can tell when someone’s just impatient and when something’s actually wrong. You can handle a billing question without making the patient feel worse. You catch a problem brewing before it turns into a scene in the lobby.
If you’ve worked at a busy front desk before — a doctor’s office, a hotel, retail — you’ll recognize a lot of this.

- This role primarily covers front desk duties but you may be asked to cross-train and assist with basic clinical tasks (vitals, intake, rooming) during busy periods. Are you willing to do this?
