Front Desk Agent

At Best Western Frontier Inn, we believe hospitality starts with people. We’re looking for a dependable, service-driven Front Desk Agent/Night Audit Float who can confidently support evening and overnight operations while creating a welcoming guest experience across every interaction.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment. The Night Audit Float supports front desk operations during evening and overnight shifts, assists with guest needs, completes nightly balancing and reporting, and helps maintain a smooth, safe, and organized property operation.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and urgency
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and billing questions
• Complete nightly audit procedures and balance daily financial reports
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues calmly and professionally
• Support hotel security and safety awareness during overnight hours
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
• Reliable attendance and flexibility with scheduling
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel systems
• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
