Answer all incoming calls via multi-line phone system
. Provide excellent customer service internally and externally by providing assistance in solving customer issues and concerns in person, over the phone, and through email
. Process electronic payments for customers
. Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
. Escalate calls to appropriate Managers and/or Supervisors when necessary
. Assure completion and security of daily mail opening, date stamping and distribution, receipting and logging via daily Receivables Log
. Coordinate delivery of all Courier, FedEx, USPS and other carrier mail
. Coordinate online conference room booking management
. Responsible for tracking inventory and ordering of office and kitchen supplies
. Knowledge of HOA and the services we provide to each community
. Be extremely articulate and professional
. Update mailboxes as needed
. Update Vendor tracking sheet in Teams
Requirements:
GED or HS diploma
