About the Role:

The Hermann Wurst Haus is looking for a versatile, sharp, and proactive Executive Administrative Coordinator. This isn’t a "sit-behind-the-desk" role—it’s a dynamic position where you will be the right hand to the owner and the engine behind our daily operations.

From managing online order logistics to assisting with special projects that grow our brand, you will play a critical role in the success of Missouri’s premier bratwurst destination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Act as the primary administrative partner to the Owner, managing schedules, correspondence, and "special project" execution.
  • E-Commerce & Logistics: Manage the shipping of online orders (ensuring our world-class meats arrive fresh and on time) and oversee the receiving of incoming inventory and supplies. You do have access to a website and business process support team.
  • Financial Oversight: Handle billing reconciliation, vendor invoice tracking, and ensure all administrative records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Customer & Vendor Relations: Act as a professional point of contact for our customers and suppliers, resolving issues with a "Hermann hospitality" mindset.
  • Operational Flow: Keep the office organized and efficient, ensuring the "behind-the-scenes" runs as smoothly as our retail shop.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in an administrative, office management, or executive assistant role.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and comfortable learning shipping/inventory software and billing systems.
  • Organizational Ninja: You can jump from a billing spreadsheet to a shipping label without losing your place.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; you’ll be representing the Wurst Haus to high-level vendors and loyal customers.
  • Problem Solver: You don’t just find problems; you find solutions before the owner even knows a problem exists.
  • Proximity: Ideally located within 30–35 miles of Hermann, MO.

Pay: $18.00 – $22.50 per hour
